The LA County Fair is back! Every year the fair adds new and amazing events, shows, and treats for you and your family. This year is no exception. Events include:
The Magical World of Dragons, Wizards, and Beasts – Step inside the dragon’s den and interact with one of our live action dragons or speak with a modern day wizard. Morphing mirrors and spinning tunnels combine science and learning for an educational and exciting experience.
Wonderland: A Floral Fairy Tale – 2017’s Flower & Garden Pavilion takes a trip down the rabbit hole into a flower filled exhibit. Giant displays and beautiful flowers pay homage to Lewis Carrol’s novel, “Alice in Wonderland”. Make your way to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party or meander through the flower building full of Tiger Lilies, Dandelions, Daisies and Pansies.
Taylor Swift Experience – Come “Shake it Off” at The Taylor Swift Experience. Get an in depth look at the 10-time GRAMMY winning artist, see handwritten lyrics of your favorite songs and view her iconic performance outfits including ones used in the music video “Bad Blood.”
The Little Red Barn – The Little Red Barn is full of the cutest miniature animals with larger than life personalities. Pygmy goats, mini horses, and baby doll sheep will add to our already extensive range of animals.
Jurassic Planet – Dinosaurs descend on the LA County Fair, soaking up the sun and enjoying life back from extinction. With even more dinosaurs this year, over 40 prehistoric creatures and real paleontologists will teach you about the Mesozoic Era.
The Igloo – Chill-out in our Arctic Village with Polar Ice Rink and Penguin Sled Run made with real ice and snow! Shop the Arctic Promenade for cool products and come back after 6 pm for an all-ages dance party featuring DJ Cool and periodic snow storms.
Esmeralda’s Traveling Circus – The circus hits the road and brings your favorite classic circus acts to the LA County Fair. Learn how to juggle at Barnaby’s Circus Show or watch new aerial tricks, trapeze shows, and crazy contortionists.
Mojo’s Wild and Crazy Lagoon – From lemurs and monkeys to peacocks and kangaroos, the lagoon is full of exotic animals. Visit our tallest resident, Stanley, the giraffe, and learn about unique animal eating habits at our dinner experiences. Or meet Mojo herself, our resident Capuchin Monkey.
