The Ugandan Kids Choir’s hope is to raise awareness and engage individuals in sponsoring poverty-stricken children in the developing world. Ugandan Kids Choir provides them with an education as well as spiritual and ethical training that will help lead them to a better future. The choir consists of ten children ages 8 – 12 years old, who perform traditional African singing, dancing and drumming. Come enjoy a very meaningful performance by these special international guests as they visit Kidspace on their tour!
Join us for this celebration of music and enjoy other activities throughout the museum such as Ugandan paper bead making and cardboard kalimba making!
